What are your opening times?
7.30am – 4pm Monday – Friday.
Saturday for appointments and pre-orders only.
We are closed on Sunday and Bank Holidays.
What days do you deliver?
Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, for local deliveries the minimum order is 30sqm of turf or 1 cubic metre of topsoil.
What are your delivery charges?
A delivery charge will be applied depending on your postcode.
Does someone need to be there to accept a delivery?
No.
We can leave it on the driveway or in another safe place agreed with you, but please note we cannot accept any liability if the goods are stolen or damaged after we have delivered them.
What size vehicle do you make delivery on?
We have two delivery trucks at 3.5T and 7.5T. Generally, deliveries are taken out in the larger truck so please mention at the point of order if you have any delivery restrictions regarding the vehicle and if there are any access problems.
Do you deliver using a Hiab?
Yes, with our 7.5T truck, but we can drop alongside the vehicle only. Depending on the size of the order and other deliveries booked in we may use the 3.5T truck and handball off.
Will your driver help me round the back garden with the products?
Unfortunately we can only offer a ‘curb-side’ delivery service.
What are your delivery time estimates?
Normally being 2 – 3 days for stock items yet depending on the size of the order we can sometimes get it out sooner.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Prices can be negotiated depending on the volume of the products being bought.
What is the size of one roll of turf?
One roll of turf is approximately 1 square metre which equates to 1.64m (64.5″) x 0.61m (24″).
